PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES

1. OUR MONTHLY RESIDENTIAL RATE IS $17.75 (including a $0.90 per month fuel charge).

2. THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION ONLY ALLOWS ONE RESIDENCE PER RATE. VIOLATORS MAY BE TURNED OVER TO LITTER CONTROL.

3. WE START PICKING GARBAGE AT 6:00 A.M. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE WHAT TIME OF THE DAY WE WILL GET TO YOUR HOME.

4. GARBAGE MUST BE PLACED TO THE PUBLIC ROAD.

5 WE RUN ON ALL HOLIDAYS.

6. MAIL YOUR PAYMENT MONTHLY WITH A COUPON PROVIDED. WHEN YOU SEND THE COUPON MARKED "LAST COUPON", WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY SEND YOU MORE COUPONS.

7. IF YOU GET BEHIND IN YOUR PAYMENT YOUR SERVICE WILL BE SUBJECT TO

CANCELLATION.

8. IF YOU HAVE EXTRA ITEMS SUCH AS YARD WASTE, SPRING CLEANING, REMODELING, TIRES, ETC. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THESE ITEMS.

9. IF YOU HAVE BOXES FROM JUST MOVING IN PLEASE FLATTEN AND SPREAD OVER A PERIOD OF WEEKS.

10. TO PREVENT ANIMALS FROM TEARING INTO YOUR GARBAGE YOU MAY WANT TO PURCHASE TRASH CANS.

11. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE PAYMENTS OR SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO DRIVERS.

12. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICE FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AND WE WILL GIVE YOU A CONFIRMATION NUMBER TO KEEP FOR YOUR RECORDS. THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS YOUR PROOF OF CANCELLATION.

15. Your service includes monthly removal of oversized items including, but not limited to refrigerators, washing machines, clothes dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, microwave ovens, and other appliances; televisions; home computers; air conditioners; bicycles; furniture; waste tires off the rim, having a radius of no more than 16.5 inches, from automobiles, from pickup trucks, from motorcycles, from all terrain vehicles, and from farm tractors; and other items, not included in the above, that are at least three (3) feet in length, width or height or at least fifty (50) pounds in weight. Bulky goods pickup in your neighborhood will occur each month on the next to the last full week of the month and is limited to two (2) items. Bulky good items must be placed out to the curb by 6:00 A.M. one week prior to the scheduled pickup. The following items are not included in bulky goods service and your solid waste collector may retuese to pick them up; (a) automotive components, parts, or frames that weigh at least 200 pounds each; (b) automotive parts, such as motors and transmissions, that have a high density; (c) hazardous waste; (d) items that can be easily divided and placed into bags, boxes, or othe containers, less than 3 feet high, long, or wide, that with contents, weigh less than 50 pounds each; and (e) construction and demolition debris generally.
